Marketing Sarah's Business

One of the interesting things about having a character who is running her own business is that her business needs just as much attention paid to the marketing as the film does. You might have noticed this in the background of the blog, but have a better look at our first draft of Sarah's logo.




The idea is that we will use this for all her fliers and brochures. For her sign at the meeting point for the tours. For her sweatshirt so that random tour people can find her. And we will probably make tee shirts too as rewards for our fundraising efforts and as gifts for the cast and crew.

The joke when working on student films is that the only compensation that the people on set get is food and love, but I always make sure they get an abundance of each. Throwing in a tee shirt falls into the love category.
